At Sattva Oils, we ensure high quality and freshness. However, we understand concerns and offer the following policy.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. No Return Conditions

Due to the nature of edible products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or UPI.

4. Replacement

We may offer replacement instead of refund based on the situation.
